The SNIP service is hosted in the US but available for use by customers globally. At present, all email archived using SNIP passes through servers hosted in the United States.
These emails are only cached by SugarCRM servers until they are successfully delivered to a customers Sugar instance. Upon successful delivery emails are automatically deleted from SugarCRM servers.
