Tried installed Version 2.7.3 but install not completing & getting error message older version cannot be uninstalled - any ideas?

    Try the following - uninstall the plug-in older version then remove the plug-in's folder manually on your pc

    That one should look like
    C:\Program Files (x86)\SugarCRM Inc\SugarCRM Outlook Plug-in\ - in case of the plug-in was installed for all pc users
    or
    %userprofile%\appdata\Roaming\SugarCRM\ - in case it was installed for current user only

    Then install the new version
