Hi,
we're running sugarcrm enterprise version 9.0.1 on-site on a test and production system.
I have to upgrade to the latest version 11 by using the following steps
SugarEnt-Upgrade-9.0.x-to-9.0.6.zip
SugarEnt-Upgrade-9.0.6-to-10.0.4.zip
SugarEnt-Upgrade-10.0.4-to-11.0.0.zip
Yesterday, I started on our test system and yet the first step failed in post-upgrade.
Official support has been denied, because our version is outdated.
Maybe someone here can help with following error (last chunk of UpgradeWizard.log:
