How to get the date of upgrade and total licenses of a sugar instance

Hi Shiv,

You can raise a case in the case portal by providing all the details of your Sugar Instance like URL etc with the Sugar Support Team. They will help you to get this information or else you if you don't have an account in the case portal you can send an email to support@sugarcrm.com mentioning the details you need.

If you are an Admin user of SugarCRM and if your instance is hosted on SugarCRM cloud, then you can go to Admin >> SugarCloud >> SugarCloud Insights

From this page you can get several details as below:

Database and File System Storage
Licence Usage
Error and Access Logs
