SugarBPM like a "process flow"

I tried this with cases and the draft action went active once the receive message criteria was matched.

I've only a question: do you started from claims module? In your action "draft" for example, you choose "add related record".. so, if you start from case what do you add in this action?

1.This SugarBPM example points on cases module and is executed once a case has been created.

2. I just wanted to do something at this position. In this case I added a new task namend Task1 that has to be done once the status is reached.

Are you looking for ideas or do you want to create a specific workflow?

Honestly I'm looking for any ideas and your answer was very helpful.

My target is something like Dynamics process bar, of course something simpler and more standard that a custom solution.

I know that CJP could be very good in this case but we need to use any standard solution.
