Regular user access to Currency or add-on to auto-update?

Good morning all, 
 I have been asked if it is possible to grant a user access to the currency section (in admin) without giving them full admin access rights. 
 Our business uses two currencies (GBP as our default for our UK office and AED for our Dubai office). 
 As an admin user myself, I am changing the exchange rate set against the AED currency every week 
 I would like this task to be delegated to the Dubai office so they can edit their exchange rate when they need to. However, I cannot provide them with full admin rights. 
 Can this be restricted by user roles or is there an add-on that we can benefit from that will look at an external source automatically, check the exchange rate and then update if required? 
 Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Currencies module is ruled by ACL SugarACLAdminOnly, that means only admin users are able to access/update records. 
 It is possible to create an extended vardefs in order to make it ruled by some other ACL, like SugarACLProduct, which grant access to Product Catalog, for exemple. Or to create a custom ACL specific for Currencies. 
 In short words, it is possible to accomplish such feature with advanced coding.

 There are services that provide current currency rates via API - for free or for a small fee - and Sugar CRM could use them as a source I configured an example with the Logic Builder no-code tool for the topic here https://sugarclub.sugarcrm.com/dev-club/f/questions-answers/4759/best-practice-to-send-data-to-an-external-site-and-displaying-the-return-in-sugar-as-an-alert Have a look at the video 3060.CURRENCY.mp4 The rate for the given currency for the custom module is taken with a click - this could be easily adjusted for regular currency module and set on scheduler for automatic recurring updates, I reckon I used this one service https://exchangeratesapi.io/pricing/ as a source for the rates for my example - because its free for 250 requests per month, which, thought, should be enough for your case. Do you still need the solution to be configured?
