How to improve meeting management in Sugar? Teams invitations, room/resource management etc

Hello all!

Most of our customers are impacted by covid (as are yours, I'm sure), but some of them continue to try and meet their customers.

First, virtual meetings are now the new normal. Question: how can a user create a Microsoft Teams meeting in Sugar? Does Sugar Connect allow this? We have a customer who would rather keep working from Sugar and not go back and forth Sugar and Outllook. 

Secondly, for the meetings that still happen on their premises, they would like to be able to book rooms. Has anyone done this? 

Lastly, the booking assistant in Connect is very intersesting, but AFAIK it works with 1 invitee, not when you need to invite several contacts. Any suggestion?
