Word 2016

I am trying to set up mail merge from Sugar 10.2 into Word 2016 64 bit. I have downloaded the plugin but I keep on getting "The underlying connection has been closed" when I try to connect to Sugar. The username, password and URL are all correct.

We haven't seen this error before.

Hi Rachel,

It looks like this may be related to a known issue, #84235. To fix this, our support team will need to make some configuration changes on your Sugar instance. I sent them a message with this information and they should be reaching out soon after a case is created for you.
