Hi, is there any problems with Sugar Connect atm? With Outlook? (installed version).
Our customer get error messages each time they wants to save a lead or a contact. They do have everything set up in outlook and have the sidebar etc. But when a new contact has mailed them and sugar connects says "Convert to lead or a contact" and we choose either one of them we always get an error message. But if we try AGAIN it works. So it feels like we need to do everything 2-3 times before it works.
And when we used Quick save to Sugar it saves the email, but then it doesn't shows in the subpanel on that contact.
