How to disable "Copy to Sugar" folders capability

Hello, 
 We want to avoid the capability of mass archiving and conserve only the one-by-one archiving capability by the dedicated button. Where can we find an option in the Connect Admin settings to disable the creation of the folders "Copy to Sugar" for each end users ?

 It's possible to disable "Copy to Sugar" folders functionality. It can be done in backoffice by changing customer configuration. There's a 'smartfolders" feature on "Feature Config" panel. It should be turned off.
