Outlook 2019 plug in

Dear All,

Among my PCs I have outlook 2019 and lately I upgraded to the 10.0.2 version of Sugar.

It seems that the syncr doesn't work anymore. It's a big trouble for me, because I decided to adopt Sugar given that it was possible to syncr the Outlook Calendar and various emails.

Any advice?

    It may help to describe what aspects are not working (such as the plugin not being available in Outlook anymore, any kind of error messages you're receiving, etc). Also, is it just you, or all users that are having the same issue? We have various troubleshooting guides listed here that could help: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Knowledge_Base/Plug-Ins/Outlook/ 

    You also mentioned your recent upgrade to 10.0.2, but did you notice a change in the plug-in behavior immediately after the upgrade, or just both things happening around the same time? 

    A possible initial troubleshooting step could be to uninstall the plug-in and download/reinstall the most recent version to make sure you're up-to-date. You should also verify you're using all of the supported platforms to rule that out as a possible issue. 

    I hope some of these suggestions may help point you in the right direction!

    Well, all the PCs are involved in this issue (about 15). I didn't understand why Sugar didn't think about Outlook 2019. Was it  supposed that the one for the Outlook 2016 would work for the 2019, too?

    Today I will perform a test with a colleague of mine, he had the previuos plug in that worked for the version 9 of Sugar. I will uninstall completely the previous one and I will try again to install the 2.7.1 plug in from zero.

    Differently from my colleagues I have never installed the plugin because usually I don't need the sync. Yesterday I tried to install it and when I clic to "data.package" hopening to start the installation, a message occurs "supported Microsoft Outlook version is not detected on this machine".

    I don't know what else I can do...
