Wondering if there is any roadmap for the ability to format within tasks. Ex. The ability to bold words like you can in this text box!

Hi Brittany
If you would like to see meetings, tasks, or any other key dates (e.g. opp close date or client follow-up date) in a more informative way, you could try Need ToDo Viewer.

Thanks Mykola! This is a bit more than we're looking for at the moment. We're really just hoping to draw people's eyes to certain words within tasks. Any chance this is a roadmap item to be built into Sugar?
Hello,
May I ask why the bold is needed for the task description, which should be really brief, thought ?
Could you provide an example?
Best,
Dmytro

Hey Dmytro - absolutely! It's not just bold, but really all formatting. We used to use Asana for task management and that was a heavily used feature that we have lost moving over to Sugar.
Here is a very brief example. We have a task with the below description and it would be helpful to apply formatting as shown below
Check to confirm that billing details are all accurate at the account and campaign levels.
Create a second Invoicing task and assign to Louise if there are special instructions Finance needs to know related to invoicing beyond the general billing contact info.
Close this task once confirmed/complete.
### You see how the above draws attention to specific parts of the description where as below is just a glob of text to read through. ###

Hello Brittany
Thank you for the example!
Yes, I'd agree the formatting literally underlines key adjustments to the very regular procedure, while the rest of the text seems works as a repetitive reminder of the well-known regular procedure.
Do they copy the regular part of the description when create a new task ?
Because it looks like a template of the task, that was merged with conext- specific values are highlighted with bold or italic to draw attention to them
Best,
Dmytro

They are primarily process definition tasks. I suppose being able to add formatting in comments would be beneficial as well
