SugarCRM ALB Configuration Or SugarCRM two server Environment Deployment (multi server instance).

Dear All,

I am trying to Configure SugarCRM with ALB (Load balancing server ) Configuration but its not working well some time its stuck with loading issue and console multiple numbers of errors like 401 and 402.

if any one have configured same configuration earlier or experience please suggest me the real way.

    A few questions:

    1. How are you managing sessions? Are both the servers using shared session management like Memcache/Redis? 

    2. Are both the servers running the same codebase? If the codebase is different, each server might generate it's own cache and will invalidate one other repeatedly.

    3. Which version of Sugar are you running?

    Also, can you share a screenshot of the network tab from browser to the backend server? Do you see any other errors logs (sugarcrm.log) in the servers?
