Hi All,

Sugar Pro 10.0.0 - cloud

I'm experimenting with the new(ish) comments lof feature. Does anyone know how to display the comments log in the record sidecar, is this possible?

Hi John,

If you are using the Sugar Professional 10.0.0 - cloud and talking about Comment Log Dashlet Feature, It is not available for Professional Edition. It is available only on Sugar Serve, Sugar Sell, Sugar Ultimate and Sugar Enterprise Products. To know more about features available based on license type, please go through this link.
