Inbox Sidebar

In Outlook, you need to change your Inbox View. 
Go to View and check "Show as Conversations"

]Now the Sidebar will be visible on the Inbox view. You can click on the PIN icon on the top right of sidebar to keep it permanently open.

Thanks for your response! No, that did not work as I always have my outlook set to "show as conversations"
The only way I can get the sidebar to appear is in an actual email.
The old plug in had a sugar button in the inbox - I don't see the same for Connect, sadly.
