Cold Calling with Sugar CRM

Hello together,

we are currently in the process of cold calling with Sugar CRM. For this we have imported over 2000 data records (companies & contact persons) into the system.

Now we have noticed that we can only work contact person oriented via the Lead module.

What is the standard Sugar CRM process for cold calling with such high data volumes?

    Currently there are about 2000 records in our Sugar System. Usually with the following structure. Company with 3 contact persons. We leave a phone call for each contact person to schedule the processes accordingly and note down the feedback. The main problem is the monitoring of these calls, because the dashboard only shows the names of the contact persons. Therefore it is very difficult to give a kind of overall impression.

    I think the main problem is that the company name is not in the focus of the search orientation in Sugar.

    However, it would be wrong here to create a system of all interested parties as a company.

    Is there a possibility to process the interested parties on the basis of the company?
