Sugar Connect works with the following configuration. 

Outlook for Microsoft 365 must be on version 16.0.11629 or greater combined with Windows 10 version 1903 or greater to ensure that the Microsoft Edge browser is used for the Sugar Connect add-in.

You will need to check the exact version of your Outlook as well as your Windows operating System and compare against the above requirement.

Me, personally, I am running Windows 7 Professional.
My Outlook Desktop version is Outlook 2016.

The Connect app works via my webmail, but is not working on my desktop.

I am trying to assess what our users have - as it is an array of licenses, editions, etc. but I can say with some degree of confidence the majority likely have Outlook 2016 desktop.

will the plug in work for them provided they have 365? I am asking my internal team as well but if you happened to know offhand...

• Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise x64 
• Microsoft Windows 10 Pro for Workstations

We will need to check the actual version within Windows 10 as well as the Outlook version.
