Custom fields on advanced reports

Question

Hi 
 I am trying to get a full dump of opportunity data into an advanced report. 
 I have a number of custom fields set up on opportunities. 
 If I run a simple query: 
 select * from opportunities 
 None of the custom fields appear on the output? 
 How do I get my custom fields to appear on the report please?

Any custom fields are created under the _cstm table, for opportunities, it will be opportunities_cstm. 
 You can join the cstm table with the main table using id_c column, eg: 
 select * from opportunities o, opportunities_cstm oc where o.id = oc.id_c and o.deleted = 0;
