Auto Email Quote & Auto create Opportunity from Quote

Attachments cannot be added to Process Alerts at this time. SugarCRM has this documented as an Enhancement Request.

Additional functionality that would be needed would be to dynamically generate the PDF at the time the process runs, then dynamically attach that PDF to the template/alert that is sent. This functionality is also not available in Sugar at this time.

This could make for an awesome idea.

This would be very useful for us too. In fact streamlining the way a quote is sent in any way would be a dramatic improvement. 

Just checking in to see if there are any new ways anyone has found for sending a quote? Emailing the pdf file in sugarcrm is clunky and requires too many extra steps. Further, the pdf is locked and can not be digitally signed and returned. Also, in a perfect world, we would be looking for an affordable solution as paying $3K a year for our estimators to send quotes via Pandadoc or Docusign is not quite feasible. There has to be a better way.
