How to import multiple email ids using accounts import template in sugarcrm 6.5

If you have multiple email id for particular account then do to so:

While importing you will be having fields, under Email, Invalid Email and Email Opt Out fields.

Email - Place Primary Email ID

Invalie Email - 0 and

Email Opt Out - Place your second Email ID,0,0;Place your third Email ID,0,0 ( i.e ramana@test.com,0,0;testing@ramana.com,0,0 )

Am attaching a sample Accounts.csv file like that you can enter as many records and import it.( Open this file in any text editor like notepad )

Thank you for the reply but while mapping fields how to map the column of multiple email address.

I tried adding multiple email ids in email opt out column it didn't worked, i tried adding 0 in email opt out column and also tried same file you provided but it didn't worked too.

How you are trying to import it..

Did you tried my Account.csv file which i have attached.

Once you try to import my attached file and check whether it is working or not.

If not plz let me know

Hello,

I used yor attached file but I am afraid it doesn't work for me. I am using SUGAR CE Versión 6.5.24 (Build 509), and this format  xxx@xxx.com,0,1;yyyyy@yyyy.com,1,0 is rejected when importing. It only works without invalid, and opted out numbers. I cam import several emails at non primmary email field but aditional information is lost.    #importing#email#
