I need a recommendation on a free/inexpensive online calendar app

I want to send a link to an online calendar app in e-blasts that allows recipients to book appointments based on the times open on a calendar. I would embed the link on the landing page and also in texts.

Any advice? I see calendly and simplybookme and others.

Ideally, it would sync with outlook calendar and also sugarcrm.

Calendly is definitely a popular option out there to consider.

You ma be aware that the Sugar Connect product does this too - once you've enabled calendar syncíng, you can include a link in anything (email blasts, your signature, online etc) which will allow someone to see your free/busy slots and book meetings for lengths you've decided.
