I removed a few users from Global Team and assigned them to a few new teams. By doing so, I understand there are a lot of functions and record will have to manually assigned to them, these are fine to me so far. However the only challenge I met was the module tab drawer in the renewal console dashboard, which was marked as not figured after the renewal console dashboard was assigned to these new created teams. Please advise how to solve this?
Note: I did check on the documentation refer: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Documentation/Sugar_Versions/10.0/Sell/Administration_Guide/Console_Management/#Configuring… ), however the solution under 'Configuring Module Tab Drawers' does not help to the problem above.
