Invoices: we have different tax rates for products but can only chose one tax rate for the whole invoice. So far we have worked around the problem by making 2 different invoices but as of now this will occur much more often and it would be easier (and less waste of paper) to have all products in one invoice. Is there a way to do this?

Sugar natively supports one tax rate per quote. There are multiple open enhancements that look to address this functionality (you will need to be a support-authorized contact for your company to view these links):
I recommend filing a support case with Sugar so they can continually assess the need and importance of implementing this feature for you and other customers.
At this time, supporting multiple tax rates within the same quote would require code-level customizations.
