The file upload limit of 10MB in target list can be over 10MB to upload and separated if more than 10MB

In SugarCRM, can we upload more than 10MB of file size and if not can we send it in Separated uploaded. How to upload iteration of file size more than 10MB.

go to admin -> System Settings -> change "Maximum upload size" on the Advanced panel
