Getting "Not Authorized" Activity stream is disabled

Hi,

I am getting "Not Authorized, Activity stream is disabled" error in console, while clicking "Close and Create New" link from record view action dropdown in Calls module.

Getting blank page of create view drawer after success message.

Checked in extension vardef files.NO LUCK. can anyone hlep me to resolve this issue ASAP.

Hi Irulappan Pandi
You need to go to "Admin" -> "System Settings" and check the option "Enable Activity Streams".
The error you are facing is due a SugarCRM bug which, disregarding the status of "Activity Stream", always try to save bean changes in the Activity Stream.
