Exporting Tasks

Hi Peter Ganci,

This is not available when exporting from ListView in Sugar.

You can also make a report in which the display columns are at least the Task ID and Account Name. Exporting these results to .csv, you can open the two outputs in Excel and use a vlookup to add the Account Name to each exported Task row.

*this requires access to reports. If you are limited in this, ask your local admin to set up the report for you by sharing the link to this thread or giving you the propper acess rights

set up a report and export it to excel like this:

Add a lines and columns report for the tasks module.

Choose your criteria like this and alter them as you need:

Choose the columns you want to see in the report and sort them i.e. by account name

Give the report a name and TICK THE CHECKBOX marked in red (this includes all tasks that match to our filter regardless of they are linked to an account or not)

save and run

Export to Excel

Looks nice :-)
