What hardware do i need in order to integrate Click to Call?

I agree with Johannsen. I've used Callinize and they have the click to dial along with other features. It's easy to set up, only took me a few minutes. You can have a look at their integration page for the list of supported phone system https://www.callinize.com/integrations/sugarcrm/

We are launching a new product "Enjay Synapse" which is Call centre software for Sugar CRM + Android Phone. While we will be releasing video and other material in next week. I can share some features and benefits of the solution. 

Enjay Synapse Mobile (How it works)

• An Android based App installed on your Android Phones. 
• A corresponding App (Module) on your Sugar CRM Instance. (can work with any version any edition).
• Once you install this Module in your Sugar - all the phone numbers (anywhere any module) will get a Mobile Icon just before the number. 
• Once you Click on this Icon, your android phone places a call to that number.  (it will dial out).
• You also get a popup in your Sugar CRM Screen - where you find all other details about the Call. 
• You can also enter "Disposition and description" for the call. 
• When you receive an Incoming Call on your Mobile, you get a Popup in your CRM.
• Since all the calls are logged automatically and also related to that particular record (lead,contact or Account), you get complete reporting from Sugar CRM itself.

So if we use the Sugar Mobile App and it is running when receiving a call, can your software display the caller record if they exist in our CRM?
