User Profile > Download section only shows hour glass

Hello everybody,

I wanted to download the latest plug-in for Outlook, but in the Download section of the user profile I only get an hour glass that doesn't stop. No downloads are shown.

Are there some Internet Explorer or Firewall settings that have to be changed? Is there an alternative location to download the plugins?

I couldn't find anything in the Knowledge Base.

    If you file a support case with us, we may be able to investigate further to determine the exact reason that the downloads tab will not load.  However, as a workaround, if you have a portal account on sugarcrm.com you can also download the plugins through the Download Manager at: https://store.sugarcrm.com/download 

    Once you are on the Download Manager page, you can use the dropdown box at the top to choose "Plug-Ins" and then click on the header for the version number that your instance is running.  Each of the available plug-in links will then appear.
