Configure MS Exchange Server to sync with SugarCRM Community Edition.

Hello everyone wanted to ask you a question, because I have trouble setting up my MS Exchange Server to use to send and receive emails and advertising campaigns with CRM Sugar Community Edition 6.5.16

    We are using the following settings:

    Sugar:
    Name: siasacrm
    IP: 192.168.6.112
    Operating System: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

    MS Exchange Server:
    Name: mx2010
    IP: 192.168.6.103
    Operating System: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

    The point is that emails apparently out, but never reach the target accounts.

    We have also tried to build publibitarias campaigns, from Sugar, but the results we obtained were the same.

    Setting up MS Exchange is always tricky. Apparently, your settings look fine in SugarCRM and this should work right away. Can you please make sure that MS Exchange is not behind any firewall?
  • I am suffering with a similar issue, id MSExchange is behind a firewall what would I need to do?

  • To sync with the Sugar, you have to control sending the email from the CRM application only. Try to make the connector to the frontend transport, and also look to change the Accept email from to the particular IP address. This should do, else let me know if some issue arises.
