Just imported a Target List with data from a trade show.

How can I manage my follow up calls and add notes?

    I would like to first show you our documentation on Target Lists seen here. Most likely you imported the records as Targets. I would recommend reviewing the documentation on Targets but essentially you can go down to the Notes or Calls subpanels and click the "+" to add records. You can then save the Call or Note records and set up reminder tasks to update them. Hope this helps you in getting started.

  • Great start. I saw on other posts and tutorials to use the Call subpanel, but I don't see that we have that Module configured. Can you provide steps to integrate that?
