Does anyone know why I would be getting this error message in Outlook when I am trying to sync my contact. I tested the plugin and it says successful. But I cannot get a contacts to sync to my outlook?

Is this the error you are getting?
This is probably a Roles issue. Check to see that you in your role has anything except "None" in List column
The above error comes when "None" is in the said List column (as pictured).
