can't see prospects assigned to me

In the Prospects module the administrator has assigned to me some prospects, when I search for that prospects with my CRM Account I can't see them, what's wrong ?

    Based on the tag of your post, it looks like you are using Sugar 7.x.  There are several causes that would prevent you from viewing a record:

    1. Confirm that there is no active filter in place when you view the Prospects list view. 
    2. Have the administrator confirm that the records that they assigned to you also belong to a team that you belong to.  If the prospect records belong to a team that you do not belong to, then you will not be able to view the records even if they are assigned to you.
    3. Have the administrator confirm that there are no role restrictions in place that prevent you from viewing Prospects.
