Contacts in Outlook won't sync to Sugar

I am testing the sugar outlook plug in.  Using sugarondemand Sugar 7 and Outlook 2010 32 bit. I have 5 contacts that I am trying to sync from outlook to sugar, but only one of them has synced.

When I select the contacts in Outlook and right click, there is the option to "Mark to Sync" which I choose.  However there is no status change, and when I follow this action by Syncing to Sugar, no records are created in Outlook.

In the sugar options dialogue box, contacts tab, the option to sync both ways is selected.

Any ideas?

    Hello Maria,

    do you check that all the contact you want to synchronized are in the correct contact folder (as define in the settings) ?

    Or should it be private contacts and the private restriction is set in the settings ?
