How can I mail merge with 7.2?

I just had it all figured out and was using thank you letters and other marketing letters to current clients as well as prospecting letters. Since it's no longer supported, what ways are you sending letters from Sugar?

If you are using a PC, you can use the Word Plug-in to perform mail merges.

There may also be other solutions available on SugarForge, SugarExchange, or SugarOutfitters that can help you with this.
