I am using Sugar Pro 7.2. Does anyone know how to replace the Sugar logo from the reports pdf with my company's logo?

You need to put your logo on custom/themes/default/images/pdf_logo_small.jpg

If you have your instance on demand, you need to create a package, this is the manifest file that I use:

You do not need to build a package!

Goto Admin
Select PDF Manager
On the PDF Manager menu bar select Edit Report PDF Template
