my sugar instance is taking too long to authenticate

my sugar instance is taking around 15 seconds to authenticate user both from web and rest API, what is the problem?

Hi Anand,

Hard to pinpoint exactly what the problem might be, but a good starting point would be to look at the following things.

1. ElasticSearch is up and working.
2. Empty the tracker table if it has too many entries.
