Subtract two dates and the result in hours

Hi Guys.

How can I have a field formulated to subtract two dates and only take into account working hours, and that does not consider holidays, and the result of the operation is in hours.

Could you provide more details on the usecase?

In this thread there was a similar discussion with an example how to implement a SugarBPM process on that:

Also in SugarServe there is the ability to configure Business Centers, with hours of operations, holidays etc:
