Making a field a clickable link in a report

We're moving from an old, unsupported version of Sugar to a new version, and I have this same question.  In our old version, we used an add-in called "KReporter" that - from what I see so far - has a lot more customization and flexibility with reporting than Sugar's on-board reports do.

Elisabeth Hunt - Great to hear about your upgrade! Any chance you can elaborate on what field(s) aren't clickable that you're expecting to be, and also what report type you're using? Typically "Name" fields should be clickable to bring you to the record view (mentioned here). For example, if you're running a Contacts rows & columns report, you have the option to display the fields "first name," "last name," and "name." Selecting "name" will be clickable to bring you to the record view for the contact.

Hi Alex!  In our current system, I can make anything a link.  In the report I was struggling with, I wanted the case # to be clickable but wasn't able to see how to do that.
