You can easily do that with the help of Module Builder. You will need to go to Administrator, and then find "Module Builder" link on that page. Open that page, create a new package, and then create a new custom module inside that package. When selecting the template, you can choose from various existing templates. See which one you need to work with, select it and start making fields, layouts and relationships.
