User exported data from Sugar

As far I know the tracker tables only store direct access to a record, not an action from a given module.

The fact that this isn't possible is embarrassing for the product, imo.  A disgruntled employee could export everything and sell it off to a competitor and/or a criminal and noone could ever prove they did it.

If the employee is assigned to a Role which has no access to export data for a given module, or for all modules, then he/she will not be able to export anyway, the means, through module's Export action or through Reports.

We will have to do some customization to add an entry into the table every time a user exports data. There is no OOB way to do it. Get in touch with Rolustech. We can help you with the necessary customization in this regard.
