For our Process Definitions we can check Process Management to see if our processes have completed or if they were terminated. Is there some place similar to this for our Workflow Definitions that show if the process completed or if it was terminated?

There is no ability to see whether a legacy workflow completed as expected. You could have the workflow configured to send an email to a specific user/distribution list or to update a field on the target record to help gauge the success. Even in those scenarios though, it is not a guarantee that the workflow completed all expected actions; it is a guarantee that the trigger conditions for the workflow were met.
