Preview side panel record dashboard

Hi there, 

I am new to Sugar and I was watching a tutorial about "team based permissions" and they showed on the record dashboard, that the preview pane on the right has "preview." You can edit any of the client date and when you scroll to the bottom, you also have the option to enable teams and unlock settings for them. On my screen, I only have "hint" showing up in the right hand side. I am not sure if I turned something on by mistake that defaults #Hint on this pane, or if there is something I have to turn on. I would like to have the "preview" option shown there instead. Please advise how to fix this. I have checked in the studio and layouts and saw nothing there. Thank you!

    Hello Erin,

    Please navigate to the "Admin" section and go to "Team-based Permissions" and enable them from there. Also in the preview pane, there will be a "Show More" link which you might need to hit to view all the fields.

    Hi there, 

    When you go to the "team-based permissions" I don't see a specific option for "hint." I am not sure if there is something that I am missing. 

    And when you have the "hint" showing in the side the pane, I see there is a "show more." That is fine as it shows the data. But I want to be able to see just the "preview" on the right side, and turn the hint option off. This way it is easy to edit and such. So when you pick the "eye", all I am seeing is the hint information and I don't want to.
