how to link customer subscriptions in Accounts module subscription Subpanel

Hi Ash,

When you create subscription directly from the subscription module, you need to select customer manually in the customer relate field. Are you able to see customer relate field in the subscription create screen? If not, please add it to the create screen from the Studio.

Yes customer relate field is available and when creating a subscription i have selected customer name also still it is not linking in customer->subscription subpanel hats

Please check if there are any errors in the sugarcrm log file or apache log.

Also, verify following things:

1) the related customer field is correct and value is getting saved in that field upon save of subscription

2) subpanel is not custom created

3) any relationship logic hook between customer and subscription
