outlook plugin

I am trying to use the Sugar Plugin for Outlook 2.6.3 with Outlook 2016 (Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016).

I tried setting the Outlook Options to "Optimize for Compatibility" and then installing the plugin.

It seemed like it was going to work and then it crashed when trying to send an email.  Outlook would crash each time I tried to start it after than.  Eventually, I uninstalled the plugin.

We are using SugarCRM 9.0.0 Professional.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

    My name is Trevor Bloking.  I am the product manager for Sugar AI/Hint, Mobile and Plugins.  

    I have heard of some compatibility issues when using the insider or monthly release channel.  For reference, we only support the semi-annual release channel.

    I recommend that you open a support case with Sugar Support.  The team will be able to help you troubleshoot and/or open a bug with Engineering, if required.
