Error with opportunities module

Hi All

I am having the following error with opportunities having carefully copied data from Salesforce in to the sugar CRM opportunities csv template

error: non existing field: spacer in module opportunities

the issue is that I have deleted all the opportunities but cannot see where this error is referring to to correct. any help would be fantastic

    Hi Mark,

    By the sounds of things, it appears that we are trying to import into a field which Sugar has not identified (spacer) which I am assuming is a custom field. Can you please confirm that you are able to see the spacer field in Studio when viewing the Opportunity fields? If it does not exist here, then I assume something has gone wrong when importing customisations.

    Also, running a Quick Repair and Rebuild (Admin >> Repair) also helps if the customisations were recently imported.

    Hi Chris

    Thanks for the information and advice I did have a custom field however it was mapped to a field in sugar. I did the repair and rest for the opportunity module which seems to have now fixed the problem.

    In my case, Quick Repair and Rebuild didn't solve this issue. Only one user was affected. He had to clear his browser cache (Firefox) to fix this issue.
