Lost ability to select "Copy" on Contracts module

When we updated to version 8.0.2, our regular users who were previously able to copy Contract records have lost that ability. 

Users with Admin privileges are still able to select Copy. 

I couldn't find any documentation on anyone else experiencing this issue. Nor could I find documentation on which permissions control access to the Copy functionality. Currently our users have the following permissions on this module:

Edit
Export
Import
List
Mass Update
View
Enabled
Normal
None
All
Not Set
None
All
All
All

Please advise on how I can grant access to Copy back to our users without giving them all Admin rights!

    We were able to find the file to update. Turns out we were SSH'd into the wrong IP.... lol.

    We updated the file <root>/modules/Contracts/clients/base/views/record/record.php and it was working in our dev instance. 

     

    However, when we recreated our steps in production, the changes are not showing up. We have run Repair and Rebuild several times, cleared our cache, and tested in different browsers. Still, the change is not there. 

    I did submit a ticket to SugarCRM Support for this per the suggestion of Björn Canales Pfisterer so I will report back to this thread when I make progress.
