Website Live Chat Options for SugarCRM...

Hi everyone.

We have a customer who is interested in leveraging a website 'live chat' feature on their website, however, would like this to be integrated with Sugar.

With so many available, and the speed of technology changing the leaderboard by the minute - does anyone recommend a solution that they have working well?

From initial research, there are a few main ones available such as:

We use LiveChat https://www.livechat.com/ with custom integration via their APIs and Sugar's.
We display customer information from Sugar on the LiveChat app and we archive chats in a custom Sugar module.

We also have Create Case and Create Lead buttons on the Chat application that take the user straight to the Cases/Leads create screen module with pre-populated data from the chat.

I think the SugarLive feature set would be a good 'Omnichannel' fit

Although it seems to only be available for Sell and Serve currently, so ideally will come to Enterprise soon as it would make sense.

Francesca Shiekh It sounds like compared to https://www.livechat.com/marketplace/apps/sugarcrm/#description you are addressing some service use cases as well. Have you considered listing your one up?
