gdpr personal data export

I have upgraded to Sugar8 on-demand and would like to find out:

1) how I can export the personal data of a contact if they request. I can see the personal data from the View Personal Info option in record view of Contact, but not how to save to a file and be able to send to the customer if requested.

2) Where do I erase personal information?

I tried this from and admin user and also created a user with the DPM role. I cannot find this in the help.

Suggestions?
