Is there anyway to export the reports created for opportunities? I'm a new admin, and the only option is to print as PDF, I've already check the right settings under Locale.

There are 4 different reports in Sugar: Rows and Columns, Summation Report with Details, Summation Report, and Matrix Report.

Only Rows and Columns have the ability to be exported to Excel.

But have no fear! You can click the drop down to the right of "Run Report" click copy your original report as "Rows and Columns" report. After you save this new report, you can export it to Excel.

Since you have been so helpful, can you point me to a way of creating a TOP 10 report, lets say out of my entire pipeline. ? 

Unfortunately, I can not  We don't really use pipelines in the traditional sense so my knowledge is limited in pipeline reports.

You can also download the Excel Plug-in that allows you to pull your reports in excel. Any summary report will show as summary, while rows and column will show the data.

You can also pull data straight from standard modules. You can use date filters to limit data. This might be a good workaround when you are doing your top 10 pipeline report.
