outbound email godaddy

I have read a number of support item on this topic but I can't get the outbound email working in Godaddy shared environment.

I have tried different from address and Use SMTP Authentication yes/no. Always the same error. Any suggestion or help?

Error log:

Sat Nov  5 03:51:41 2016 [989525][1][FATAL] SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server. Code: 111 Reply: Connection refused  Sat Nov  5 03:51:41 2016 [989525][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: The following From address failed: test@ecomsrv.com

Fixed. If you are using the cPanel email, use locathost as your SMTP server with port 25.
